5 people arrested in Florence in connection to robbery at Bellamy Place Apartments

The Florence Police Department has apprehended five individuals following an investigation into a robbery at Bellamy Place Apartments.

Officers initially responded to a robbery involving a firearm at the apartment complex on April 26. Detectives from the FPD's Criminal Investigation Division pursued leads and identified suspects connected to the incident.

The suspects arrested and charged in relation to the robbery are as follows:

Montreal Hatchett, 19, of Florence, was charged with robbery.

Edmond Sanders, 18, of Florence, was charged with robbery.

Charles Stewart, 18, of Florence, was charged with theft.

Marquita Hatchett, 40, of Florence, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Brandon Peete, 38, of Florence, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say Montreal Hatchett and Sanders are currently being held without bond. Stewart's bond has been set at $15,000, while Marquita Hatchett and Peete each have a bond set at $500.
