Robert Vanvoorhis scheduled for bond revocation hearing
A Huntsville man accused of shooting at Madison County deputies during a getaway from a traffic stop is scheduled to go before a judge Friday for a bond revocation hearing.
Prosecutors want Robert Vanvoorhis' bond revoked in his escape case.
Vanvoorhis faces several charges, including attempted murder, in connection to Wednesday's chase along South Memorial Parkway.
It all happened after deputies tried to pull Vanvoorhis over for traffic violations, according to the sheriff’s office.
One shot was fired but no one was hit.
Vanvoorhis has a long history of previous arrests.Ìý
