Hot weekend ahead

Heating back up

Temperatures will be heating up over the next few days, just in time to welcome fall this weekend. No appreciable rain chances are ahead soon with the next best chance of showers not showing up until the middle of next week.

Tonight brings partly cloudy and quiet conditions. Temperatures will dip in the mid 60s.

Thursday brings a little more sunshine and slightly warmer temperatures in the upper 80s.

We'll get back into the low 90s again starting Friday with the heat sticking around over the weekend. Look for more sunshine and dry weather.

We'll likely still be in the low 90s to start next week, but temperatures will gradually ease back through the 80s as the week wears on. Monday and Tuesday are looking dry with some showers possible for the second half of the work week.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid-60s. Wind: Light N.

THURSDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper-80s. Wind: N 3-5 mph.
