Complaints over loud music in Huntsville's MidCity District led to a lawsuit.
A company that owns the Holiday Inn on University Drive filed the lawsuit.
The lawsuit alleges an open-air bar and event venue, The Camp, hosts live music that gets so loud it rattles the hotel's windows.
The hotel included more than a dozen complaints for customers in its lawsuit filing.
