Authorities say multiple people were injured following a two-vehicle wreck in Lacey's Spring Saturday night.Â
It happened just before 9 p.m. on River Loop Road.
According to Danny Kelso with the Morgan County Rescue Squad, multiple helicopters responded to the scene to transport the injured. They say four people were injured in the wreck, including a child. No word yet on the extent of their injuries.
State Troopers will conduct an investigation into the wreck.Â
