Our next three weather impacts

Friday is a 31 Alert Day for the threat of non-thunderstorm wind gusts up to 50 MPH and isolated thunderstorm wind gusts up to 60 MPH.

Monday and Tuesday are 31 Alert Days for the threat of a wintry mix capable of producing slick roads.

Today is the day to get anything you need to do outdoors done. High temperatures in the upper 50s with a slight breeze will have us feeling more like spring than winter.

Friday brings yet another 31 Alert Day into the forecast ahead of 50-60 mph wind gusts and a threat for severe thunderstorms in the morning and afternoon timing looks to be anywhere from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. for North Alabama.

Saturday and Sunday will be dry and chilly, but sunny. Morning lows will be in the mid-20s with high temperatures warming to the mid-40s on Saturday and upper 30s on Sunday.

Two more 31 Alert Days will kick off next week for Monday and Tuesday ahead of snow and a wintry mix which could lead to slick road conditions and up to one inch snow on the ground in some spots. Once we get closer to the event we will put out snow maps.

TODAY: Sunny. Highs in the upper 50s. Wind: SSW 5-10 MPH.

TONIGHT: Isolated rain moving in, breezy. Lows in the mid-40s. Wind: SE 10-15 MPH.
