The hot and humid weather here to stay for a while
The hot weather is here to stay as we move into the weekend.
The rest of the evening on this Friday will feature calm conditions but the trade off for the calm conditions will be the hot and muggy air. We will stay warm overnight with low temperatures only falling into the lower 70s.
Saturday brings the heat once again, we will remain dry with mostly sunny skies. Highs for the day will reach the upper 90s with "feels like" temperatures in the upper 90s close to 100.
Father's day on Sunday will be the hottest day of the weekend. High temperatures for the day will be in the upper 90s once again, but the "feels like" temperatures will reach the lower 100s in some spots. My advice would be make some indoor plans with dad so you can enjoy the AC. A few spotty showers possible in the later afternoon but most will stay dry.
