Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é has obtained new information on a shooting inside a Huntsville elementary school.
A fourth-grade student suffered a gunshot wound after accidentally firing a 9-mm gun at Sonnie Hereford Elementary School on Friday.
Huntsville police say the case now has been turned over to the Juvenile Court system.
A police spokeswoman tells Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é there is no evidence to believe any adult should be charged in relation to the gun being fired inside the school.
